We have assembled our team with diversified experienced professional real estate appraisers that emphasize on local expertise and integrity in the appraisal industry. Rives Valuation Services Inc. dba: Appraisal Shop was established on January, 2002 in Austin, Texas. The Appraisal Shop maintains a minimum of 6 licensed and/or certified appraisers and two general certified SRA/MAI appraisers. In addition, our support staff includes an operations manager, office administrators and appraiser trainees. We have over 75 + years of combined experience in the appraisal industry. The one thing the sets us apart from other appraisal firms is our Appraisal Desk managed by appraisers and trainees that are not associated with the ordering process. The Appraisal Desk gives our clients the opportunity for appraisal guidance, assistance with general questions, constructive feedback, market analysis, communication throughout the process of ordering and delivery of the appraisal assignment.Our licensed appraisers are currently:
